LED on front panel does not light.
Possible reasons:
1. Power supply is off.
2. Power adaptor does not work.
Solutions:
1. Check the power cord connection well and the power switch is ON state.
2. Change another adaptor.
No display on monitor
Possible reasons:
1. DVI or VGA is not connected.
2. Monitor works on wrong mode.
3. TC is not on.
Solutions:
1. Check DVI or VGA cord connection.
2. Check whether monitor is not standby or under incorrect input source.
3. Check whether TC is on.
Abnormal display on monitor
Possible reasons:
1. DVI or VGA cord connects unstably.
2. Resolution of TC is not match with monitor.
3. Display adaptor is not correct.
Solutions:
1. Fixed DVI or VGA connector.
2. Try other resolution on settings. Suggest user to use optimum resolution.
3. Use original display adaptor.
No audio when using virtual desktop
Possible reasons:
1. Volume of TC or monitor is set to minimum value.
2. Microphone is off or mute.
Solutions:
1. Check volume on TC setting page.
2. Switch on microphone.
Failed to login cloud desktop
Possible reasons:
1. Network disconnects.
2. Cloud desktop does not work.
Solutions:
1. Check status of network.
2. Contact IT administrator to check status of cloud desktop.
White page appears when login cloud desktop
Possible reasons:
1. Network disconnects.
2. Cloud desktop address is not correct.
3. Cloud desktop does not work.
Solutions:
1. Check status of network.
2. Contact IT administrator to check status of cloud desktop.
USB devices cannot be found in cloud desktop
Possible reasons:
1. USB device doesn’t connect well.
2. USB mapping is forbidden on cloud desktop setting.
Solutions:
1. Plug USB device again. Check whether it works.
2. Contact IT administrator to open the function of USB mapping.
TC does not get current time
Possible reasons:
1. NTP server is not configured well on SWTMS.
2. Time on SWTMS is not correct.
3. Network of NTP server is unreachable.
Solutions:
1. Check status of network.
2. Contact IT administrator to configure NTP server.
